I work with CEOs, boards and senior leaders who want an experienced, impartial perspective on how to organise and lead the people responsible for customer engagement — in a world where digital, data and AI are now the primary battleground.

This is not consultancy. There is no methodology, no framework deck, no team of people behind me. It is one person who did this job, at this level, until very recently — and who is now selectively available to organisations who want that perspective.

Mentoring

For senior leaders — typically Director to Managing Director level — who want a genuinely impartial thinking partner. Someone outside the politics, the personalities and the history of their organisation. Someone who has been exactly where they are trying to get to, and has no agenda other than helping them think more clearly and lead more effectively.

I work with a small number of people at any one time. Conversations are remote, informal and confidential. No fixed agenda. No reporting back. Just honest, experienced thinking — in your corner.
